Equine Form and Function Lecture Series
Have you ever wondered why some horses are faster than others? Or why some carry their heads lower than others? Understanding how your horse is build, and how that naturally allows your horse to move feeds directly into whoat type of training or exercise activities they need to do to meet your personal goals. This lecture series runs once a month November thru April with Live Horse Models to personally see what these different conformatons look like and what they mean. You will also recieve a workbook each month to go home and apply to your own horse. See the attached Equine Form & Function flyer for more information.
Parkwest Riding Academy is designed to give all horsemen a solid foundation in horsemanship and horseback riding. All lesson programs emphasize building both the knowledge AND skill to becoming a competent horse person. Horse camps are scheduled for most Summer, Fall, Winter and Spring breaks.
Camps run from (9 a.m.-2 p.m.). Riders ride once or twice a day, participate in practical horse activities and horse crafts, learn about breeds of horses, colors, markings, parts of the horse and other practical horse information. Parkwest Farm can make your child's party a special event that will be talk of all their friends. Pony Ride theme parties can be hosted at the Farm, or at your location. Party guests have the opportunity to groom, ride and feed the ponies treats. One or more ponies available, with pony sizes ranging from the smallest of riders to adult.. Limited stalls are available for outsider boarders. Visit the bottom of the Home page for additional inforation on our facilty.
FULL CARE $350 ~ Includes stall cleaning, hay and turnout. Owner to provide grain.
PARTIAL CARE $280 ~ Include hay only. Owner to provide grain, and clean stall & water bucket daily.

Equine Sports Therapy
Tracy has a vast exerience if Equine Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation. Accuscope Treatments are extremely successfull to keep those hard working competition horses on the road, and the assist those with injuries to recover quicker. Treatements start at $35.
